Understanding our upsell policy

Navigating discounts and upgrades based on your current subscription

At our company, we value our customers' loyalty and want to provide an equitable way for you to upgrade your subscription while considering your current plan. Our policy takes into account the type of subscription you have—whether it's a monthly or yearly plan—and tailors the discount you receive based on the elapsed time since your last subscription period.

So on day 1, the entire price of the current subscription will be discounted from an upgrade, while on day 15 (middle of a monthly plan), your discount will take 50% of the current plan's price off of bigger plans. These prices are automatically updated on your pricing page.

Keep in mind that videos exported during the previous plan will need to be reproduced in order to up the quality to the new tier.
