What happens when I change the Aspect ratio using the Merge tool?
You can fit your videos into any aspect ratio you prefer. This action will adapt any of your selected videos to fit the selected format while displaying a dark, or blurred background where necessary. You can select multiple standard ratios or set your own custom one.
How to use the background option with the Merge tool
In case you want to merge videos of different formats, our Merge tool will fit any video into the desired format by adding a background to fill out the format. That background can be left black by default, or you can use the blur video option, which will reflect the colors from the video in focus.
