Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription? Here's what you need to know

We understand your subscription needs might change over time. Whether you want to unlock more features with an upgrade or switch to a lower-tier plan, we’ve made the process easy to manage.

Upgrading Your Subscription

When upgrading your subscription, the process considers how much time is left on your current plan to ensure you only pay for the added value. Here’s how it works:

  • Day 1 of your current plan: If you upgrade immediately after purchasing your current plan, the full price of your current subscription is deducted from the new plan.
  • Mid-cycle (e.g., day 15 of a monthly plan): The price of the upgrade will be lowered based on how much time is left in your billing cycle. For example, on day 15 of a 30-day plan, 50% of your current plan's price will be applied to the upgrade, and the new plan will renew after 15 days instead of the usual 30.
It’s important to note that while the price is lowered, this adjustment is based on the time left in your current cycle—not a permanent discount.

Downgrading Your Subscription

While downgrading your subscription is possible, it’s important to note that there are no immediate benefits to doing so. Downgrading will result in fewer features and lower export quality, and it does not account for the remaining time on your current plan. The full price of the new, lower-tier plan will be charged immediately, starting a new billing cycle.

For this reason, a smart approach would be to downgrade just before your current plan is set to expire. This way, you can maximize the features of your current plan before transitioning to a lower tier without losing any value.
