When will I get more video credits?
Your video credits are renewed the moment your subscription is renewed, i.e. 30 days (monthly plans) or 365 days (annual plans) after the start of your subscription. Detailed information about your subscription is found on your account’s Billing page.

Alternatively, subscribe to one of our new Unlimited plans that come with unlimited videos so you don't have to worry about running out of credits again.
