How do I refine my search results using tags?
Use tag search to filter templates by style, mood, motion type and more – on its own or alongside the main search bar.
Tag search lets you filter templates by specific attributes. You can use it alongside the main search or on its own to browse templates by characteristics like style, mood, and motion type.
Where to find tag search
The "Search tags..." field is on the right side of the browse page. Type any keyword to see matching tags. You can also click any of the highlighted tags at the top of the browse page to apply them directly as filters.
How to use tag search
Type a keyword in the "Search tags..." field (e.g., "3d"), click any tag from the list that appears, then repeat to combine multiple tags and narrow results further.
Adding and removing filters
Each tag you select is added as an active filter. Active filters are visible above the results – click any active filter to remove it. You can remove filters one by one or clear all at once to start fresh.
Template type tags and suggested tags
When browsing all templates, you see template type tags (Intro, Music visualization, Lyric video, etc.). When you select a template type, these are replaced with suggested tags specific to that type. For example, clicking "Intro" replaces the type tags with tags like "Stomp style," "Minimal," "3D motion graphics," or "Glitch artifacts." Click any suggested tag to refine further, and combine multiple tags to narrow results.
Refine without rephrasing
Tag search works alongside the main search – you don't need to start over or rephrase your query. Use tags to progressively narrow results after your initial search.
